Indiana in Beech Grove a 14,000 resident small town
Daily
police calls to a Walmart store the city fathers watching costs now frown
There
may be lots of sales tax
Shipped
to the state but not to Beech Grove coming back
Three
police calls a day
Base

When
it comes to tax in Indiana this poet is without a clue
Why
not send back some of the sales tax dollar to avoid the red ink stew?

Walmart in a small town for the Moms’s and Pops is the financial equivalent of
the Perfect Storm
Most
cannot compete on price so bankruptcy for them is often the norm
Salt
on wounds of lost dreams as their property taxes pay for the cops
Sent
to Walmart for all manner of violence to try to stop
Mayor
wants to declare the local Walmart a public nuisance and for each call fine
Interesting
