The EPA under
McCarthy is a rogue agency that dumps human feces in its halls
Dumps a
yellow road of death chemicals into our waterways
Declares a
no quarter war on coal to economic progress stall
An arrogance
of misguided fanatical power and overregulation on display
Not to with
the war on coal be underdone
Announces
the war on oil and gas as another job killing tack
Ironic this
rogue agency so quick to land owners and business level its big regulatory guns
When it
comes to ethics and morality completely lacks
On this day
in 2000 a federal jury said their high handed treatment must end
Not of the harassed
businesses and landowners but their own employees
Verdict
against the EPA to spawn the protection of the whistleblowers trend
To prevent
devastation of our forest ban the plague of EPA regulations consuming our trees
No more
bogus claims of benefits to their wars justify
And the cost
to minimize
Here is an
agency that the rules of reason defies
While jobs
in the energy sector under its assault continue their march to early demise
