Salon.com Writer Rips Our Vets Shame On Them

Today is the Marine Corps birthday and the eve of Veterans Day
It is also the Monday after Salon’s Masciorota’s rant is on display
Normally this poet keeps his emotions under some sense of control
But this pathetic column on demeaning vets makes his blood boil
70 years he states since we fought to our freedoms preserve
This idiot does not recognize the deaths in 45 of the vets that served
To him Korea was just a police action that our freedoms did not affect
This man is an idiot without a sense of history to reflect
In Vietnam he may be right
That perhaps should not have been our fight
But to demean the 58,000 plus black, Hispanic and white
Whose names are on a The Wall is not right
After 911 this pathetic misguided writer who  ignores
The sacrifices of those who died needs to be shown the door
Take away his pen and his computer because the keys have no sense
His rants are only a dribble of complete nonsense.
