The NFL used
to stand for the National Football League
Millions of
fans that would watch on Sunday without fatigue
Climaxing in
a Super Bowl watched by almost all homes in this land
It was in
the sports world the king, the emperor, the most powerful brand
A violent
sport, a violent game, the closest thing to war on a football field
Violence unchecked
on but off how to curtail and to violent urges not yield?
With news of
yet another arrest NFL may now mean National Felons League
How much
longer with the fans and sponsors stand this criminal intrigue?
How much
longer will the female fans put up with a culture that violence against women
condones?
How many
suspensions or bans must the NFL dish out while it tries to atone?
The NFL
needs to come down on felons like a ton of bricks with 4.2 in the 40 speed
The NFL needs
to rip out the violent criminal behavior off the field seed.
If not the
fans will leave, the sponsors will withdraw
No one will
support a team of felons violating the law.
