Happy Dancers In Iran Sentenced To 91 Lashes Blogger Sentenced To Death

The idea of a moderate Islamist is an oxymoron myth

An idea we in the West dealing with Islam must quickly dismiss

Obama had it totally wrong and with his error we will pay a price

ISIS is Islam, maybe a bit more rabid; we cannot listen to his and CAIR’s siren entice

In Iran a crackdown on expression has just occurred

The “Happy” Dancers were targeted since pop music to the young is a lure

Seven young adults arrested and thrown in jail

Held for a selfie video of them dancing, held without bail

Still trying to cut a deal so Iran will get its nukes

The “moderate” President Rouhani tweeted to the regime a lighten up rebuke

Released but then tried with six months to a year handed out

Topped off by 91 lashes each removing any moderate existence doubt

One blogger was less fortunate and do not hold your breath

Soheil Arabi, a blogger, for insulting the Prophet Muhammad was sentenced to death

There is no moderation in a religion that punishes free speech

There is no moderation in a religion that kills if you convert to get beyond its reach

There is no moderation when women are basically chattel deprived of equal rights

There is no moderation when women can be subject to the “honor killing” might

There is no moderation when Sharia Law becomes the law of the land

None of us are Islamaphobiacs if against this tyranny we want to make a stand

What is so frightening is that it took almost 1700 years before the fires of Christian persecution to finally die out

If Islam apes Christianity in terms of its intolerance, we have another 200 plus years before this intolerance also dies out

We cannot kill each Muslim on this planet; we somehow need to know how their path to tolerance we can hasten to evolve

If we do not to be in constant conflict this is an issue we must somehow solve

This poet may be chasing windmills but as a child of the 60’s believes good rock and roll

This is how you have a chance to achieve your goal

And do you have faith in God above
If the Bible tells you so?
Now do you believe in rock and roll

Don MacLean said it best;

We have to from the mullahs divest

The young men not wanting to wanting to wait for in  Paradise virgins that do not exist

And the young women who under Sharia no longer want to be as equals dismissed
